Fighting style or martial art?

what is the best martial art/ fighting style for endurance , flexebility

,strength ,and actual fighting?.

Fighting style or martial art?
The best martial art for you is the one you dedicate yourself to perfecting and mastering.
Reply:The mixed martial arts approach has proved to be the most effective in actual fighting. By combining the advantages of different styles of fighting you can become a well rounded fighter.

As far as strength, flexibility and endurance, that%26#039;s on you. Sparring builds strength and endurance, but I take it further and lift weights several times a week. Same with flexibility. I picked up %26quot;Stretching Scientifically%26quot; off of amazon and have been increasing my flexibility slightly, but not by much as I think it is overrated.
Reply:there is no one best art. They all offer good things. I would recomend somthing like Wing Chun Kune or kickboxing combined with a grappling art such as BJJ (Brazilain Jui Jitsu) or ChinNa. Endurance can be built on your own by running, or practice (I would recomend focus mits because there is no better way to increase cardio for your sport than to do it often) flexability is also accivable on your own and so is strength.
Reply:boxing is a great art which ticks all the boxes you mention..I have to disagree with people who mix different styles...they are missing out on the depth that practising one style brings
Reply:That doesn%26#039;t involve grappling? Muay Thai Kickboxing, Burmese Kickboxing, and Boxing by far.

For grappling Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Freestyle/Greco-Roman Wrestling, Judo.

You%26#039;d be doing yourself a disservice by not crosstraining striking and grappling.

If you want it for %26#039;actual fighting%26#039; you could be in a world of trouble if you slip and do not know how to get back up.
Reply:if u were going to choose a style for strenght and endurance i would use tiger. It is one of the strongest styles.Meaning that most of it%26#039;s strikes or block are swiping motions combined with foot stomping it is a very powerful style to learn.however for flexibility and wat not i would use either snake or crane. Snake uses its quickness and accuracy to attack pressure points it is also a very annoying style to your enemy. it likes to play mind games. Crane is a very agile mid aid fighter. It uses its speed and deadly peck to disorientate its enemy.
